As a former German professional rider champion , Olympic participant and internationally successful dressage rider, I know the pressure that weighs on your shoulders at crucial moments. I know how it feels to overcome fear of failure and to deliver a precise performance .
My experience as team coach of the Spanish dressage team has shown me how important mental strength and clear leadership are in order to remain successful even under the highest pressure.
